Nov 5 (Reuters) -The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 2100 GMTon Tuesday:
** New Fortress Energy NFE.O said it had begun work to identify strategic partners for one or more of its primary businesses to enhance its liquidity and financial flexibility. nL4N3MC1Q7
** Russian state energy group Lukoil is planning to sell its refinery in Bulgaria to a Qatari-British consortium by the end of the year, the Financial Times reported. nL4N3MC1U1
** Italy's Treasury has put on hold the sale of a minority stake in ITA Airways to Lufthansa LHAG.DE because of a dispute with the German carrier over the agreed price, two sources familiar with the matter said. nL8N3MC1BG
** Miner Hindustan Zinc HZNC.NS said the Indian government, its largest minority shareholder will sell a total 2.5% stake in the company and valued the sale at 53.34 billion rupees (about $634 million). nL4N3MC1GG
** Emerson Electric EMR.N proposed to buy the rest of AspenTech AZPN.O that it does not own at a valuation of $15.1 billion, sharpening its focus on industrial automation. nL4N3MC189
** The $19 billion merger between Vodafone VOD.L and Hutchison's 0001.HK Three UK is likely to be given the regulatory green light as Britain's need for investment outweighs short-term competition concerns. nL8N3MC0EI
** Atos ATOS.PA said it had signed an agreement to sell its Worldgrid business unit to Alten LTEN.PA for 270 million euros ($293.7 million) on an enterprise value basis, in a transaction expected to close before end-2024. nFWN3MB1TO
