** Lattice Semiconductor shares LSCC.O fall 17.5% premarket to $42.79 after co forecasts Q4 profit below Street estimates
** Co forecasts net income for Q4 to be between 15 cents and 23 cents per share, lower than 26 cents analysts were expecting, as per data compiled by LSEG
** Co expects Q4 rev. to be in the range of $112 mln and $122 mln, missing estimates of $122.1 mln
** Co's Q3 results were broadly in line with estimates
** TD Cowen trims PT on stock to $50 from $60, citing the disappointing forecast
** Brokerage says "numbers across the board are likely revised lower as the company resets expectations for next year"
** Susquehanna also trims PT on stock to $55 from $65
** 11 of 14 brokerages rate the stock "buy" or higher, two "hold" and one "sell" or lower; their median PT is $54 - LSEG data
** Up to last close, stock had fallen 25% YTD
